Weekly Update

This is the first post in what is now our blog. We plan to have trainers update it daily with tips, comments and things they would like to share. We will feature commentary by trainers and coaches from ETU as well as the successes and growth of some of our athletes. Along with ETU information, we have partnered with outside sources for interesting a relevant articles on basketball, strength training. and diet to help supplement our athletes work in the gym. We hope that you will bookmark our page and visit us often. We will also link to our articles via twitter and facebook, so check us out there if you want the updates to find you!

Our trainers are previous professional and college basketball players who have succeeded at advanced levels of competition. They now have the passion to pass on their knowledge and skills to developing players. Learn from those who have been there and know what it takes to succeed.
Conditioning is often a forgotten aspect of basketball training, but is critical in the success of a player. Combined with Strenth and Skills Training, Conditioning can give a player an edge over competition and success at the next level.
We evaluate the skill level of each player and track their individual progress to provide a progressive skill development program. Our trainers focus on specific aspects of a player's game including ballhandling, shooting, moves to the basket and defense.
