Weekly Update

This is the first post in what is now our blog. We plan to have trainers update it daily with tips, comments and things they would like to share. We will feature commentary by trainers and coaches from ETU as well as the successes and growth of some of our athletes. Along with ETU information, we have partnered with outside sources for interesting a relevant articles on basketball, strength training. and diet to help supplement our athletes work in the gym.
