Services & Training Options
Individual Training
ETU’s specialty has always been our individual workouts. Individual workouts are sold in packages of at least five one-hour workouts. Workouts begin on the hour and end on the hour. They are administered by one of our highly skilled trainers. We do not allow our customers to choose their trainer. Through the tens of thousands of workouts ETU has administered over the past decade we have found that a variety of trainers keep the workouts fresh for the customer and trainer so that multiple skills can be worked on from a variety of angles and workouts. Continuity is achieved through ETU’s proprietary digital journal entry system which is completed by the trainer at the end of each workout and keeps all trainers aware of each customer’s skill level, parental concerns, and needs.
Team Training
Aside from coaching our own “ETU Warriors” AAU teams, ETU trainers are available to train and coach private teams during all seasons. Team Training helps introduce new, higher level drills to players and coaches, and provides change to keeps workouts fresh and interesting for players. Team training can be held at your location or at one of our locations.
Speed, Strength and Agility
Purchased separately or as a package with individual workouts, ETU’s “SSA” workouts can be specialized for any sport of your choosing. They are the perfect companion to ETU’s individual training. Workouts focus on the customer’s needs as well as the needs of the sport or sports the customer is training for. Focuses include quickness, strength, agility, footwork, balance, coordination, flexibility and explosiveness. ETU utilizes speed ladders, hurdles, weights, medicine balls, heavy basketballs, ropes, parachutes, harnesses, hurdles and jumping boxes, just to name a few. We are your one stop shop to improvement!
Camps
ETU Trainers work four weeks each summer at ETU’s Summer Skills Camp. Summer skills camp is for boys and girls and focuses on all the skills necessary to become a better basketball player. In the Fall ETU also offers a night time Boot Camp to prepare players for the upcoming winter season.






Our trainers are previous professional and college basketball players who have succeeded at advanced levels of competition. They now have the passion to pass on their knowledge and skills to developing players. Learn from those who have been there and know what it takes to succeed.
Conditioning is often a forgotten aspect of basketball training, but is critical in the success of a player. Combined with Strenth and Skills Training, Conditioning can give a player an edge over competition and success at the next level.
We evaluate the skill level of each player and track their individual progress to provide a progressive skill development program. Our trainers focus on specific aspects of a player's game including ballhandling, shooting, moves to the basket and defense.
