Why do I have to buy a package of workouts?
At E-Train University we are committed to player development. Over the years we have observed that the players with the quickest development and improvement are the ones that make the committment over multiple workouts. We want to provide players with the best results possible, and offering packages of workouts supports ETU in that goal.
Do you only train basketball players?
No, our speed, strength and agility programs can be tailored for any athlete’s needs. We have trained lacrosse, football, field hockey, tennis and soccer players with our speed, strength and agility programs.

Our individual, group and team workouts are appropriate for all ages and levels of play – up through the professional level. Our trainers are previous professional and college basketball players who have succeeded at advanced levels of competition. They now have the passion to pass on their knowledge and skills to developing players. Learn from those who have been there and know what it takes to succeed.
Conditioning is often a forgotten aspect of basketball training, but is critical in the success of a player. Combined with Strenth and Skills Training, Conditioning can give a player an edge over competition and success at the next level.
We evaluate the skill level of each player and track their individual progress to provide a progressive skill development program. Our trainers focus on specific aspects of a player's game including ballhandling, shooting, moves to the basket and defense.
